In 2012 Carly Smith joined RS Line Construction Inc. for the purpose of strategically growing the corporation. Under Carly’s leadership that company went from $1.6M/annual in 2012 to over $25M/annual when she resigned her position as Vice President in 2019.
Carly’s mission is to work with as many organizations as possible, improving corporate culture & employee fulfillment ultimately producing an ever-improving organization that cultivates a positive impact in the communities we live and work.
